How long should I expect to wait for my results?

Once we receive your sample/s, we will send you an email confirming that your sample/s have arrived. From this sample receipt date, you can expect to receive results via email and available via your online account within 2-5 weeks.

Please note that we are not responsible for the local postal system and any delays associated with the delivery of your parcel to Orivet. We log in samples within 24 hours of a package being delivered to us. Please opt for tracking to track your parcel if there are any concerns.
