How long should I expect to wait for my results?

Results are typically ready 2–5 weeks from the date we receive your sample.

What happens next

1. Sample arrival & logging: Samples are usually logged within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s received.

2. Testing & results: When testing is complete, we’ll email your results and upload them to your online account.

Important note about shipping
We strongly recommend tracked shipping, because the 2–5 week timeframe starts once the sample arrives at Orivet. Tracking (plus our receipt email) helps confirm exactly when processing begins.
